Terms of Service
By using Onslow Priority, you agree to these terms. Effective 17 October 2026.
Onslow Priority is a community safety and coordination platform. It is not a replacement for 911 or for professional emergency services, and no alert is a guarantee of a response.
Emergency Use
For an immediate emergency, call 911 as soon as it is safe to do so, and do not delay that call while waiting for anything in this application. A report filed here may be routed to the agencies and communities configured to receive it, and it may be worked by responders who are not affiliated with any agency.
Your Account
- Give accurate information when you register and keep it current
- Keep your sign-in credentials and second-factor answers to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account
- Responder, dispatch and administrator capabilities follow verified status and role — they are not transferable and can be withdrawn
- An account for a minor is set up and managed by a parent or guardian
Acceptable Use
- Do not file false, prank or malicious reports, or misuse an SOS, silent-distress or welfare feature
- Do not use the platform to harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone
- Do not impersonate a person, agency or organization, or misstate your training, certification or authority
- Do not read, copy or share records you are not authorized to see, or attempt to reach a surface you are not cleared for
- Do not scrape, mirror, frame, automate against, or attempt to bypass the access, rate or security controls of the service
- Provide accurate information, respect community guidelines and other users, and obey applicable law
Responders
Responding is always voluntary and is never required by this platform. You are responsible for acting within your training, your authorization and the law, for your own equipment, and for deciding whether a scene is safe enough to approach. You may decline or stop at any time. Nothing here replaces the instructions of 911 operators, dispatchers or professional responders on scene, and Onslow Priority does not verify the qualifications of every participant.
Reports, Records and Your Information
What you submit — reports, notes, photographs, audio, location, welfare check-ins, resource records — is used to coordinate the response and to keep an accurate record of it, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your optional information-sharing choice governs how much of your own detail is shown to responders and volunteers, and you can change it in your profile. Incident and response records are public-safety records: they are retained under the record-keeping obligations of the community or agency responsible for them, so closing an account does not erase a record an agency is required to keep.
Availability and Third-Party Services
The service depends on networks, devices and third-party feeds, maps and data providers that are not ours to control. It may be unavailable, delayed, partial or inaccurate, and features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn — for a whole deployment or for one account. Weather, radar, traffic, mapping and public-feed information is provided by others and is not verified by Onslow Priority.
Account Termination
Access may be suspended, restricted or terminated for a violation of these terms, false reporting, misrepresentation of qualifications, harassment or abuse, a safety or security concern, fraud, or where the law requires it. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that an alert will be delivered, seen or acted upon.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onslow Priority is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service, including a delayed or failed notification, incomplete or inaccurate information, a location that is wrong, a technical failure, or the independent act or omission of another user. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and a dispute is brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Onslow County, North Carolina, subject to any consumer right that cannot be waived. A deploying community or agency may publish its own governing-law provision for its own deployment.
Changes to These Terms
These terms are dated. A material change is published in the application and applies when it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of it. If a provision is found unenforceable, it is limited only as far as necessary and the rest continues to apply.
Reproduction, Use, and Reverse-Engineering
This system, its architecture, operational concepts, workflows, responder-matching logic, emergency-resource intelligence design, and all associated materials are protected to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, share, copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works from, or otherwise use this system or the underlying designs without express written permission from the rights holder (Onslow Priority-Rapid Aid). Unauthorized use is prohibited to the fullest extent allowed by local, state, and federal law. Deployment and use are subject to contractual terms and community agreements.

Questions about these terms, a deployment, or a licensing request can be sent to Cameron.anderson.work.contact@gmail.com, or raised inside the application from the privacy and rights page.
